At 91, Kaavya has advised clients on deep-dive research, strategy, and program implementation and evaluation in the areas of economic mobility, education, and climate action.
Before 91
Kaavya spent 3 years at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, a research advisory and consulting firm, with a focus on social inclusion challenges in the Global South. Her portfolio experience includes gender-based violence, economic empowerment, and natural resource management. During her time at Busara, she conducted formative research, in-depth data analysis, led design workshops, developed social and behavior change strategies, developed and tested prototypes, and led impact evaluations. Kaavya has also worked at TDC, a consulting firm, and worked primarily on strategic planning projects with arts and culture nonprofits.
